[2004-04-15] Hideki presented his vision on Future Input Method at International Linux Standards and Application Symposium and the first National Linux Standards Feedback Session hosted by Chinese government, held at Tianong Plaza Hotel, Beijing, on April 15th 2004. XFree86 broke the binary compatibility of XI18N dynamic loading ABI with X11R6.x when they imported the feature. . So the X18N loadable modules can't be shared between XFree86 and X11R6.x. For detail, please look at XFree86 incompatibility
